2½ hour cruise on Lake Macquarie

A sunny day with a moderate breeze. Our group of forty-three, plus another group of about a dozen, cruised down along the eastern shore, the captain pointing out landmarks and points of interest as we motored at around 5-6 knots. At Swansea Channel dropoff, we turned west and headed across to Toronto. The cruise back up along the western shore was over a sit-down BBQ lunch, with salads, fresh prawns and drinks from the bar, or a warm beverage.
FOOD: Excellent – some had seconds.
Definitely worth another day – or one of the other cruises on offer.
